You’re ready to emerge from that place to get your wings. I will walk alongside you as you unpack your story. You will build confidence and resilience as you share your story in a safe space.

I am an Educator and practicing Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in SoCal, passionate about mental health, generational healing, and overcoming shame through all life phases.
I am a Lover of all things Butterfly, Coffee, Friendship, and Jesus.
